They have an internal quality system that minimizes the number of defective products. They also use plastic-free packaging. Their production facility is located in British Columbia, where 93% of the electricity is generated by hydroelectric sources. All of their products are made in Canada. They use natural fibres like merino-wool, linen, alpaca, cashmere, and pima cotton, which are all renewable and biodegradable.
